Bank Branch Manager Have you thrived in a lead teller or assistant branch manager position and are ready to take the next step in your banking career? As a Bank Branch Manager , you'll take our client experience to an all-new level when they walk in. In this vital role, you will be directly responsible for efficiently and effectively managing a full-service Branch office. In addition, you will ensure that established policies and procedures are followed and delegate some day-to-day operations to the Universal Banker Associates, who will be available to make business calls and represent the Bank at civic and service club functions.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience; a working knowledge of banking principles and practice.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems within the bank policy and compliance guidelines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Banking Software. Your responsibilities as a Bank Branch Manager will include:
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Supervise employees, set goals, provide training, and evaluate performance.
  • Address customer banking needs, open new accounts, and process deposits.
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate and expand services based on customer and local business needs.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and making hiring decisions.
