Lead and supervise branch staff, setting goals, providing training, and supporting career development. Ensure branch profitability and operational efficiency. Address customer banking needs, including new and existing accounts. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer requirements. Accept loan and credit card applications, open new accounts, and ensure proper processing. Explain bank services (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, etc.) and help customers choose the best options. Participate in recruiting and hiring for the branch. Represent Liberty Bank at community events and business meetings. Who Should Apply? Bank Branch Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferably in a financial institution). 3-5 years of banking experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities. Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems within bank policy and compliance guidelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software.
