Branch Manager:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch , including sales, collections, and team development. This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed. What This Role Requires This role requires someone who is comfortable: Leading a team and being accountable for results Holding coworkers to clear expectations and addressing performance directly Having direct conversations with customers about payments Operating in a structured, metric-driven environment Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
