Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily office operations, support agent success, and help maintain a productive, professional, and collaborative environment. This leadership role is focused on agent support, operational efficiency, coaching, and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about helping agents grow their business while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and support to real estate agents and office staff Assist agents with contracts, transactions, problem-solving, and operational questions Coach and support agents in business growth, productivity, and professional development Lead office meetings, trainings, and educational sessions Ensure office operations remain organized, efficient, and compliant with brokerage policies and state regulations Support onboarding and integration of new agents into office systems and processes Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and service-focused office culture Work closely with leadership and staff to improve office performance and agent experience Assist with implementation and adoption of brokerage tools, systems, and technology platforms Monitor office needs and help create solutions that improve workflows and communication Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License (required) with the ability to obtain a Broker license Previous real estate leadership, management, or team lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of contracts, transaction processes, and real estate operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with CRM systems, transaction management platforms, and real estate technology tools
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
