Requirements:
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability. Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency. Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates. Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5+ people. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing high-performing associates. Highly resourceful individual, with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships amongst team members. Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a capacity to lead by example, providing support, ensuring attention to detail, maintaining quality and service standards, and facilitating positive interactions. Demonstrated effectiveness in working autonomously with limited supervision. Business and financial proficiency. Sales experience is highly preferred. Openness to feedback for professional and personal growth. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
PAY:
$70,304.00/year plus commission and bonus opportunity.

SCHEDULE
40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM). Weekend availability.
