What You Bring:

3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a banking/credit union institution's branch PLUS at least 2 years as a supervisor having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales). Subject Matter Expert with consumer lending and fiduciary accounts NMLS License & Notary Certification (or willingness to obtain/renew) A passion for leadership, service, and making a difference Proven success in business development and community engagement
