The company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the administrative functions of both the Service and Parts Departments at its Cheshire, CT location. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to join a growing team, drive operational performance, and make a significant impact on the success of the branch. The ideal candidate will bring proven management experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company processes Monitor department performance using key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency Collaborate with Service and Parts Managers to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of service Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and improve operational effectiveness Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, hire, motivate, and retain top talent Travel to customer sites as needed to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Oversee work order systems, service invoicing, and parts inventory management Represent the branch in meetings and conference calls with upper management Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, or service industry Demonstrated ability to lead multiple departments and manage operational performance, including revenue, profitability, and productivity metrics Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate employees and foster accountability Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and developing strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency Knowledge of service operations, parts inventory management, work order systems, and invoicing processes Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns effectively Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing employees in partnership with Human Resources Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees, customers, and senior leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software systems Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites and other company locations as needed Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Benefits Competitive Medical & Vision coverage Company-paid Dental insurance Company-paid Disability and Life insurance Savings Plan 401K Match Eligibility for benefits begins after 90 days of service Experience and License Requirements Heavy-duty truck and trailer service operations (optional) Management Valid driver's license
