Job Summary Labor Finders of Brooksville, FL. is seeking a results-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, inside sales activity, and staffing execution within a single profit center. Working under the direction of the Branch Manager, this role partners with office staff to ensure daily operations, procedures, and resources are coordinated effectively to meet branch and corporate objectives. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a hands-on role in office operations, recruiting, customer support, and administrative execution, helping ensure service quality, compliance, and efficient workflow across all branch activities. Responsibilities and Duties Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for: Supporting day‑to‑day branch operations to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met Assisting with customer and employee interactions to support service quality and relationship management Identifying staffing needs and supporting recruiting, screening, and placement of temporary employees Coordinating employee assignments and maintaining accurate staffing records Supporting recruiting activities, including applicant intake and screening Processing payroll and invoicing accurately and in accordance with company procedures Maintaining employee files, data, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements Requirements Supporting branch‑level inside sales efforts, including outbound prospecting calls, follow‑up activity, and customer account support Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism and attention to detail Sound administrative and time‑management skills Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, while recognizing and adhering to company policies and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least two years of office or administrative experience Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software programs Compensation Hourly $17 to $20 Generous Paid Leave & Benefits Available Our company offers a stable, growth-focused opportunity for employees who want to make a measurable impact.
