Position Overview As the Branch Manager for our Clearwater location , you will lead all aspects of branch operations, ensuring your team delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving operational and financial goals. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a high-performing culture through coaching, accountability, and continuous development. You will oversee service, sales, installation, staffing, safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while creating an environment where employees can thrive. What You'll Do Lead Your Team Hire, coach, and develop service and installation professionals. Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews. Develop future leaders through mentorship and career development. Recognize and celebrate employee achievements while addressing performance concerns promptly and professionally. Promote employee engagement and retention by creating a positive, high-performing work environment. Drive Operational Excellence Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, inventory, and support needed to succeed. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and HVAC industry regulations. Monitor scheduling, dispatch efficiency, inventory, fleet, and operational workflows. Partner with support teams including Recruiting, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations to achieve business objectives. Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences Lead a customer-first culture focused on quality workmanship and service excellence. Ensure technicians deliver professional, five-star customer experiences on every call. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining customer confidence. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements when needed. Drive Business Performance Own branch profitability and financial performance. Lead the branch in achieving revenue, gross margin, profitability, and operational goals. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Revenue Average Ticket Closing Rate Membership Growth Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Technician Productivity Callback Percentage Gross Margin Use reporting and operational data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and make informed business decisions. What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience within the residential HVAC industry. Previous experience managing technicians, service teams, or branch operations. Strong understanding of residential HVAC service and installation operations. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and lead through influence. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is preferred.
