Precision Landscape is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our North Palm Beach operation . This is an entrepreneurial leadership position with direct accountability for branch profitability, P&L performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety, and growth . The ideal candidate understands both sides of the landscape business — the numbers and the field. You know how to manage a P&L, control labor and operating costs, build and lead teams, maintain exceptional landscape quality, and develop lasting customer relationships.
BRANCH MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Branch Manager for Precision Landscape — North Palm Beach, you will: Take full ownership of branch P&L and operational performance Establish and achieve annual revenue, margin, budget, and operational goals Analyze sales, labor, job costing, profitability, service quality, and competitive activity Develop and execute branch operating and continuous-improvement plans Lead multiple departments, including landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, trees, shop, and safety Manage direct and indirect labor, administrative staff, equipment, subcontractors, and vehicles Maintain optimal staffing levels and develop future leaders Recruit, train, coach, motivate, evaluate, and hold team members accountable Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective action when necessary Review job proposals, estimates, contracts, and enhancement opportunities Conduct regular quality-control site inspections Ensure all work meets Precision Landscape standards for quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships Manage inventory, material purchases, equipment, vehicles, timesheets, and expense reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, PPE standards, and safety procedures Keep Account Managers informed regarding customer issues and opportunities Accurately interpret contracts, landscape plans, blueprints, and soils reports Lead branch meetings and maintain accountability across all departments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BRANCH MANAGER

Preferred qualifications include:
5+ years of business management, operational leadership, and strategic planning experience in the landscape management industry Proven P&L and budget-management experience Strong understanding of job costing, labor management, margins, and operational planning Experience managing multiple teams and departments Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance and horticultural standards Ability to identify common plants, trees, grasses, turf, insects, and landscape diseases Experience with landscape estimating and contract administration Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business-management technology Valid driver's license Fluent English communication skills
PHYSICAL & WORKING REQUIREMENTS
This position combines office leadership with hands-on field involvement throughout the North Palm Beach market . Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, walking job sites and uneven terrain, bending and lifting, and occasionally moving objects weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
