Experienced Roofing Branch Manager Ocala, FL FNF Roofing Inc. We're not looking for a manager. We're looking for a builder. FNF Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Branch Manager to lead and grow our Ocala, Florida location. This position is for someone who understands that success is built through leadership, accountability, systems, and people. The ideal candidate has experience in roofing sales, production management, or branch operations and possesses the drive to build a high-performing team while growing revenue and maintaining exceptional customer service. ResponsibilitiesLeadership Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a winning sales team Lead by example through integrity, work ethic, and accountability Create a culture where people grow professionally and personally Develop future leaders within the organization Sales Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share Establish monthly and annual sales goals Track performance metrics and coach team members to exceed expectations Build relationships with residential, commercial, HOA, property management, and multi-family clients Production & Operations Coordinate sales growth with production capacity Review job schedules and ensure projects are completed efficiently Understand all major roofing systems including: Shingle Tile Metal TPO Modified Bitumen Coatings Repairs and maintenance Conduct job reviews and maintain quality control Office Administration Review contracts and job files for accuracy Oversee invoicing and billing processes Review payroll submissions and production reports Monitor budgets, profitability, and branch performance Ensure CRM and office systems remain organized and up to date QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of roofing industry experience Experience in sales management, production management, branch management, or operations Strong understanding of residential and commercial roofing systems Ability to read estimates, scopes of work, and production schedules Experience managing employees and holding teams accountable Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Preferred Experience building or growing a roofing branch or division Knowledge of insurance restoration and retail roofing Experience with CRM systems, budgeting, payroll review, and job costing What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes ownership instead of making excuses Builds people instead of managing them Understands that sales and production must grow together Can solve problems without waiting for direction Holds themselves to the same standards they expect from their team Wants a long-term career with opportunities for advancement Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary (based on experience) Performance Bonuses Leadership Growth Opportunities Company Support and Resources Paid Time Off Company Vehicle/Allowance (if applicable) Opportunity to help build a growing organization with long-term advancement Our Philosophy Anyone can manage a branch.
