Responsibilities and Duties Locate new prospects and determine how the company can best meet their needs Present to prospects the benefits of our equipment and our company Maintain data on new contracts Develop good working relationships with customers Expedite resolution of technical and customer issues Meet and/or exceed assigned rental quotas Monitor new products developed by our manufacturers and competitors Document calls made to customers Advise manager of all changes in territory which can affect company success Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner Work closely with Credit Manager to resolve credit/payment issues Interact with main line sales employees to create synergy amongst team members Conduct all business transactions in an ethical manner Above job responsibilities are intended to describe the general level of work performed by an individual in this position.
