Job Description

Branch Manager The Branch Manager leads overall branch performance—operations, staffing, customer experience, sales, and operational risk. This role coaches and develops staff, builds customer relationships, and represents the Bank through community involvement and business development. Key Responsibilities Coach, develop, and manage branch staff; set expectations and lead team communications. Drive sales and service performance through needs-based conversations and referrals. Ensures an excellent customer experience and timely resolution of issues and exceptions. Oversee daily branch operations (cash controls, scheduling, documentation, and workflow). Maintain strong controls and compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and KYC requirements. Grow relationships through community involvement and business development. Leads efforts to promote goodwill of Ireland Bank brand within the community. Qualifications Associate's degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience. 2+ years' retail banking experience (branch operations, lending, or similar). Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and employees. Ability to analyze performance and implement plans to improve results. Proven ability to resolve issues and lead a collaborative, accountable team. Schedule & Working Conditions May work outside regular hours for branch needs and community events.
