We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to direct and coordinate the activities of personnel at a full-service branch. Supporting the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads branch staff through training and coaching. Drives branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch. Builds Credit Union presence in the community and develops new members and relationships. Provide excellent member service and resolves inquiries. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Customer service experience required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
