Job Description

SUMMARY:
Directs delivery of services to members through branch staff; achieves organizational sales goals; participates in and support Natco Credit Union's sales and service culture by coaching and developing staff to pursue product and service sales opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
E Performs ongoing coaching and development of employees through one-on-one coaching, training, group training, and weekly meetings. E Participates in the hiring process; directs, motivates, and disciplines retail branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions. E Monitors branch performance through service and sales results relative to credit union goals and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory performance. E Maintains communications with upper management; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings. E Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures. Completes and passes assigned compliance courses. N Performs other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves direct supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. Motivating or influencing others is a material part of the job. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. The role requires a significant level of trust or diplomacy. Excellent organizational and editing skills. Good oral and written communications skills. Above average computer skills and intermediate keyboarding skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Continually required to sit, talk, hear, utilize hand and finger dexterity, work for extended periods of time as necessary to accomplish objective, goals and projects, view computer monitor, read documents and procedures necessary to the daily performance of essential functions, perform repetitive motion and movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers and operate standard office equipment, including a personal computer, telephone and photocopier. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
The employee must:
occasionally lift and/or move up to __50__ pounds.

Work is conducted at a desk. Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Driving personal vehicle and traveling for moderate periods of time as needed.
