First Federal Savings Bank has a great opportunity for a Branch Manager in Warsaw, IN! This individual will be responsible for growing the deposit and loan accounts at our newest branch.
Job Summary:
Oversees the daily operation of the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service. Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service, security, and safety. May include lending.

Head Teller and Tellers. Will work closely with other branch staff to ensure proper coverage.
Responsibilities:
Promotes and ensures best-in-class customer experience through consistent and effective coaching/development of branch staff. Manages overall retail branch operations. Manages branch staff ensuring that appropriate bank policy and procedures are followed in all aspects of branch operations, security and compliance; ensure efficient daily operation of the branch. Manages day-to-day sales efforts of the branch including frequent, active coaching of all branch retail staff; build referral and service skills to produce consistent, measurable results Develop relationships with and maintain contact with real estate brokers and builders. Process mortgage loan applications and solicits business for new mortgages. Participates in activities for generating new business such as sales calls and special events. May handle deposit accounts, dependent upon branch structure. Handles customer problems and complaints. Counsels customers with special needs or requests. Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports. Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branch office. Prepares and delivers performance evaluations and recommend salary/bonus adjustments, with input from Head Teller; counsel/discipline employees when needed. Coordinates staff training when needed. Maintains office building, grounds, equipment, and fixtures. Tests branch security equipment and investigates security issues when needed. Represents First Federal Savings Bank in public relations activities and community affairs. Adheres to BSA policies and procedures Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing a bank branch office preferred Experience with mortgage and consumer loans preferred Five (5) years' experience in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development, and public relations Proven ability to supervise, monitor and evaluate the work of others.
