We're looking for a driven Branch Manager in Training who's eager to learn the ins and outs of running a successful branch. As a Branch Manager in Training, you'll be immersed in every aspect of the business, from motivating teams and delighting customers to learning how to manage branch operations and grow profitability. With hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills you need to step confidently into a Branch Manager role. What You'll Do Learn the Business Inside & Out Dive into daily branch operations, from scheduling and route planning to inventory management and customer service. Get familiar with our proven processes, products, and service programs. Develop Into a People Leader Work side-by-side with experienced managers to learn how to train, and inspire a high-performing team. Build leadership skills in coaching, problem-solving, and motivating employees to deliver their best. Deliver Outstanding Service & Sales Learn how to engage with customers, provide expert lawn care solutions, and grow accounts through upselling and new business opportunities. Ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors and rolling up your sleeves when needed. Bachelor's degree in horticulture, or related field preferred (but not required if you bring strong experience). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. •
FLEXIBILITY TO RELOCATE WITHIN THE MIDWEST REGION MAY BE REQUIRED AS YOU TRANSITION INTO A BRANCH MANAGER ROLE.
