This position is accountable for exceptional service delivery as well as consistent and optimal customer experience. This position is accountable for developing and executing a one-year business plan with a view to safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, enhance financial performance and growth of the business. The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience. What You'll Be Doing Develops and implements strategic business plans to position and grow Badger's industrial business sustainably. Builds strong customer relationships through exceptional service and efficient management of job-site activities. Maintains high safety standards, fleet reliability, and full compliance with regulatory requirements. Manages financial performance proactively, ensuring profitability through budgeting, expense control, and payroll oversight. Attracts, develops, and retains skilled talent aligned with Badger's professional standards and brand image.
What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or relevant work experience in lieu of degree 5+ years' of Industrial Services Experience with 3+ years at a Management level. 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience. Demonstrated managerial leadership capability with ability to deliver organizational value. Demonstrated ability to work within a unionized environment preferred (where applicable). Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM databases If you feel you don't have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration.
