Requirements and Duties:
Minimum High School Graduate 5 plus years of banking experience Directing operational aspects including customer service, administration, and sales Actively managing and growing Community Bank's deposit and loan portfolio including consumer and commercial loans Providing coaching, development, and motivation for branch personnel and staff Schedules and supervises customer service representatives in daily tasks and operations. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive Oversees banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers. Reviews and manages staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable. Coordinates communication, time off, and vacations with branch staff. Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, bank secrecy, and compliance with policies and procedures. Oversees and assists with the preparation of all branch reports for approval by the branch manager.
