Primary Function:

Maintain and/or coordinate digital channels and core to ensure consistent delivery of Credit Union products and services in a professional, accurate and knowledgeable manner. To assist in developing, maintaining, and/or coordinating digital services to ensure consistent delivery of Credit Union products and services.

Essential Functions:

Monitor, maintain and track product usage for digital products and services to ensure all products are functioning as intended. Monitor product usage reports for digital channels to determine if the products are functioning properly and if members need assistance with utilization of product. Monitor and report any digital service that is offline or not responding and advise management. Assist and support with the training of staff involved with digital service and/or functions. Assist in coordinating channel content, notices, promotions, and regulatory disclosures with the Marketing Department. Assist and support in implementing and testing of policy and procedural changes relevant to updates and system upgrades with regards to the products and services. Assist in supporting staff with core related issues ranging from help desk issues to project implementation. Assist and support as an advisor to staff on digital service functionality and features to assist with member education and training of staff.

Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution 3. Ability to prioritize duties as to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and provide a quality service to its membership. 4. Ability to effectively review documents. 5. Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. 6. Ability to perform necessary computer related input.

Job Qualifications:

(Education/Experience) 1. Requires high school level of language, math and reasoning skills. 2. Minimum of 6 months sales and customer service experience. Benefits
