Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and French Job Purpose The Staffing/Onsite Manager is responsible for maintaining the financial health and operational success of the branch by effectively managing expenses, overtime, staffing levels, and other expenditures. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee performance, discipline, retention, and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Manager will work closely with Human Resources, Sales, Safety, and other support teams to ensure operational excellence, provide exceptional client service, and address employee and client needs promptly and professionally. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, train, manage, and retain top talent.Oversee daily branch and onsite operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Drive branch revenue growth through exceptional client service, workforce management, and expense control.
Monitor staffing levels, overtime, payroll, and other branch expenditures.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
Conduct regular branch and onsite meetings to communicate expectations, reinforce policies, and improve operational processes.
Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, discipline, and recognition.
Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Partner with Human Resources on employee investigations and workplace issues.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee personnel transactions.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve employee retention and operational processes.
Monitor client worksites and address or report safety, staffing, or operational concerns as needed.
Support company safety initiatives and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
Collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, Safety, and other departments to strengthen client relationships and expand service opportunities.
Manage Modified Duty employees as assigned.
Ensure branch operations remain compliant with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of management experience in the staffing industry preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Valid Driver s License required.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client and employee relationships.
Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team. #IND-H
