Manage branch operations including account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing. Coordinate and promote all bank products and services, including cash management solutions. Assist customers in-person and through email, phone, and instant messaging. Schedule and supervise branch staff to maintain service standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set development goals.
