This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about developing employees, creating exceptional member experiences, and strengthening the communities we serve. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch by leading and coaching your team, driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an environment where both employees and members thrive. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management. Create an exceptional member experience by delivering personalized financial solutions and outstanding service. Grow branch relationships through business development, community involvement, and member engagement. Manage daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulations. Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to achieve lending, deposit, membership, and service goals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture aligned with the credit union's mission and core values. Resolve complex member concerns with professionalism and sound judgment. Partner with other departments to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Previous leadership experience in banking, credit union, or financial services. Strong coaching and employee development skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Knowledge of consumer lending, deposit products, and financial institution operations. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Passion for serving members and supporting your local community. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Previous experience managing a retail banking or credit union branch. Experience with lending, branch operations, and regulatory compliance. Why Forest Area Federal Credit Union?
