Consumer Lender/Personal Banker - Branch Leader Our client is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Consumer Lender/Personal Banker to serve as a leader within our branch team. This position may share time between their two West Metro locations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to current and prospective customers seeking consumer and residential real estate loans. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and growing consumer and residential real estate loan portfolios; evaluating loan requests; guiding customers through the lending process; and identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships through additional banking products and services. As a branch leader, this individual will help oversee daily branch activities, support an efficient and customer-focused work environment, and serve as a resource for other employees. The position will provide coaching and guidance to branch staff, promote teamwork and accountability, assist with resolving customer concerns, and help ensure that branch procedures, service standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed. Additional responsibilities include developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, participating in community activities, generating referrals, and supporting the bank's overall growth goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, making sound decisions, and setting a positive example for the branch team. Qualified candidates should have banking, consumer lending, personal banking, or related financial-services experience. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of consumer and residential real estate lending practices and applicable banking regulations is preferred.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
