JOB DESCRIPTION

Champ Roofing & Exteriors is a fast-growing residential roofing and exteriors company based in Lincoln, NE. We're opening our Springfield, MO market and hiring the person who'll build it. This is not a typical sales job and not a typical production job. It's both. You'll be Champ's first hire in Springfield — selling the work, managing the production, and owning the market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Personally produce $2-3M in residential roofing sales in year one Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and local contractors Manage production end-to-end: crews, materials, supplements, customer experience Represent Champ in the Springfield market as our local face Build a team under you as the branch grows

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years in roofing, construction, or storm restoration Proven sales track record — six-figure earner who knows how to close Comfortable managing crews and jobs without daily oversight Strong local network in Springfield and surrounding markets Ex-owners, branch managers, or senior reps ready for ownership-style upside without the ownership headaches

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $85,000 Tiered commission on personal sales Quarterly branch profit share Truck allowance, phone, laptop, expense package Realistic year-one earnings: $115K-$150K. Strong performers earn well above that. We're not the company that pays the highest base. We pay for results. If you sell and manage well, you'll make real money. If you don't, this isn't the right seat.
