Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654 POSITION SUMMARY The Branch Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of branch or on-site daily functions, recruiting efforts, and related activities, ensuring efficient operations and the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction. This role also develops and supervises staff to maximize the use of YES programs and services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Development & Culture
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
  • Coordinate and conduct required trainings, including harassment prevention, safety protocols, injury response, and I-9 form processing
  • Actively manage internal communications to maintain professionalism and a positive, supportive office culture
  • Train staff in customer service excellence and best practices for interacting with contingent workers
  • Handle difficult situations with staff and customers effectively and professionally Branch Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Oversee branch headcount, growth, and budget management
  • Monitor and allocate PTO and office supplies efficiently Workforce & Customer Management
  • Ensure job orders are filled promptly and manage a ready-to-deploy contingent workforce
  • Assign customers to appropriate staffing specialists and handle customer onboarding
  • Manage day-to-day client account relationships, proactively addressing needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Conduct customer visits and maintain regular communication through weekly emails
  • Drive sales development efforts to grow branch revenue and expand the customer base
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in relevant software and reporting tools
  • At least 1 year of management experience preferred
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and use AI tools — no fluency required, but we use AI regularly to support daily operations
