full-time Alchemy is partnering with a well-established moving and relocation company in Bozeman, MT, to recruit a Branch General Manager to lead one of its key operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the moving branch's operational performance, financial results and team development.

Your main duties will include:

Taking full ownership of the moving branch's P&L, budgets and financial performance. Leading daily operations across warehousing, transport, customer service and administration. Driving revenue growth while improving productivity and profitability. Coaching and developing managers and moving employees to build a high-performing team. Working closely with the sales team to support business development and key customer relationships. Monitoring operational KPIs, service quality and customer satisfaction. Promoting a strong culture of health, safety and regulatory compliance. Identifying opportunities to improve the branch's efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous general management or senior operational management experience within the moving and relocation industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Commercial awareness and a track record of improving business performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
