In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage store functions, and ensure the branch runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Your leadership will inspire excellence, promote teamwork, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service. Duties Lead and supervise all branch activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards Oversee employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional marketing to maximize sales opportunities Maintain inventory management through stock ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or store management with supervising responsibilities Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and team management practices Knowledge of retail math including sales management, retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, and budgeting processes Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, cashiering operations, and inventory management tools Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store environments is a plus but not required Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate teams toward shared goals Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred to ensure smooth transition into leadership responsibilities Join us as a Branch Manager where your leadership fuels success!
