What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team success. Drive branch growth through deposits, lending, new member acquisition, and referrals. Build strong relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations. Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to credit union policies. Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Resolve member concerns and champion outstanding service.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) preferred. 3 years of Leadership Experience required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Ability to obtain an NMLS license within 45 days of hire. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional member service. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
