Greensboro, NC Join Our Team as an Assistant Commercial Branch Manager!- Extensive experience in a commercial tire shop required

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
- Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
- Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
Key Responsibilities:
- Helps oversee daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, workflow, staffing, equipment, materials, and overall service center efficiency.
- Support employee staffing, development, evaluations, and administrative compliance, including DOT medical cards, ASE/TIA certifications, and forklift-safety requirements.
- Conducts daily reviews of invoices, the warehouse, service bays, and equipment to maintain safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization while consistently following all company policies and safety procedures.
- Supports the sales team with service quotes, product research, customer requests, and dispute resolution.
