As an Branch Manager , you'll lead the growth and success of your branch by building strong client relationships, driving sales activity, and delivering exceptional workforce solutions. You'll partner with local businesses to understand their staffing needs, develop new business opportunities, and ensure clients and employees receive outstanding service. In addition to customer management, you'll oversee branch operations, coach your internal team, and keep daily staffing activities running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and regular communication. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement. Manage client accounts, identify workforce challenges, and deliver customized staffing solutions. Lead daily branch operations, ensuring staffing, recruiting, and customer service goals are met. Coach, mentor, and develop internal staff to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives. Oversee recruiting, candidate screening, onboarding, and successful placements. Resolve customer and employee concerns quickly while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Monitor branch performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and operational procedures. Requirements Experience in sales, account management, staffing, business development, operations, or branch management. Proven ability to build relationships, earn customer trust, and grow business. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, business software, and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience. Outside sales or B2B account management experience. Experience leading teams in a service-based environment. Background in business management, operations, or human resources. Track record of growing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
