About the RoleThe Digital Branch Manager directs the daily operations of North Star Community Credit Union's Digital Branch and serves as the leader of the Credit Union's digital member experience.
This position oversees digital service delivery, electronic account services, digital banking support, electronic lending activities, and member issue resolution while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent service quality across all digital channels.

Support the resolution of complex member concerns and service requests.

Drive Operational ExcellenceOversee Digital Branch operations, service levels, productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
Manage digital account opening, electronic account services, digital banking support, and electronic lending activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, regulations, and internal controls.
Shape the Future of Digital BankingChampion North Star's digital-first service strategy.
Partner with leaders throughout the organization to enhance member experiences and operational effectiveness.
Support innovative solutions that improve convenience, accessibility, and engagement for members.
Help position North Star as a leader in digital member service.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a collaborative leader who combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for developing people and serving members.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Three to five years of leadership experience in financial services, digital banking, contact center operations, retail banking, or a related field.
Strong coaching, leadership, and employee development skills.
Experience managing performance, service standards, and operational goals.
Knowledge of consumer lending, deposit products, and digital banking services.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
A commitment to employee engagement, continuous improvement, and exceptional member service.
