Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate and follow up on assignments. Ability to clearly verbalize and present information to customers, prospects, staff, etc. Ability to direct and guide staff and all related parties to accomplish objectives. Ability to respond to common inquiries/complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel.Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 7 years of experience in Branch Management / related managerial experience with heavy emphasis on business clientele. Demonstrated prior experience in business-to-business sales and sales management.Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's Degree. FIS/IBS (Integrated Banking Solutions).Additional Details :
