Regional Branch Manager

Lead branch operations including sales, warehouse, fleet, and customer service. Responsible for profitability, team leadership, logistics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee branch operations (sales, warehouse, delivery) Lead and manage all branch personnel Drive sales growth and develop new business Coordinate logistics and fleet operations Manage inventory and stock control Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance Monitor timekeeping and labor efficiency Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Leadership and operations experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Distribution/logistics experience preferred Basic Excel and Word skills Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

Tire/automotive industry experience Fleet management experience Inventory systems knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
