Elmsford, NY Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$105,000-$110,000 salary

Bonus:

Up to $8,000 annually, paid quarterly We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Branch Manager to lead branch operations for a busy home respiratory services location in Elmsford, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed Respiratory Therapist who enjoys patient care, team leadership, field operations, and working closely with hospital partners. The team supports a high-need patient population, with a strong focus on complex respiratory care in the home setting. You will oversee a small but busy team, including RT clinicians, clinical support, and administrative staff. What You'll Do Lead daily respiratory branch operations Supervise and support RTs, RTAs, and administrative staff Coordinate patient setups, discharges, follow-up visits, and service needs Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support growth Manage scheduling, dispatching, inventory, equipment needs, and compliance Ensure safe, effective respiratory care in the home setting Support pediatric and adult respiratory patients Participate in an on-call rotation every 4 weeks On-Call / Travel Details On-call rotation: every 4 weeks $225 flat beeper pay for the full on-call week Additional $125 per on-site visit Phone time paid at hourly salary equivalent Company vehicle provided for work travel Gas card, tolls, parking, and business expenses covered Laptop/tablet provided $35/month phone reimbursement Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Active RCP state license in good standing CRTT or RRT required Current CPR certification required Minimum 5 years of working Respiratory Therapist experience Home respiratory care experience highly preferred Prior leadership or field RT management experience highly preferred Valid driver's license and automobile insurance in good standing Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure if needed, paid for by the company Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, sick time, personal days, and paid holidays Life insurance options Short- and long-term disability FSA/HSA options Employee Assistance Program Work-life balance and emotional well-being resources Employee discounts and referral bonus opportunities Apply Today This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Respiratory Therapist who is ready to step into branch leadership while still staying connected to patient care and field operations. #
