  • Full-time Security Systems Integration Sales Representative Elmsford, NY (Hybrid / Field-Based
  • Downstate Territory) We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Representative to grow our security integration business across the downstate New York region.
This role is ideal for a hunter-farmer hybrid who can expand existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities in the public sector. You'll represent a portfolio of cutting-edge physical security solutions —including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems—while leveraging pre-established NYS OGS contracts to accelerate deals and bypass traditional procurement barriers. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client relationships, driving retention and upsell opportunities Prospect and close new business through networking, outreach, and company-provided leads Leverage NYS OGS contracts to simplify purchasing and shorten sales cycles Navigate public-sector procurement including RFPs, bids, and cooperative contracts Conduct site walks and security assessments across K-12 schools and municipal facilities Design and propose integrated security solutions (access control, CCTV, intrusion) Present to key decision-makers including school boards, superintendents, and municipal leaders Achieve monthly quotas for system sales and recurring revenue (RMR) Territory Field-based role covering: Westchester Rockland Orange Nassau Suffolk (Daily local travel required) Qualifications Required 3+ years of B2B sales experience (security integration or related field preferred) Proven ability to generate and close new business Ability to travel daily within assigned territory Preferred Experience selling into K-12 schools or municipal/public sector accounts Familiarity with NYS OGS procurement or cooperative purchasing contracts Knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion) Experience with:

$50,000
