Job Description

Days:
Monday-Friday! Job Summary Income potential
  • $85,000
  • $100,000 Base salary plus Manager bonus opportunities Plus

  • earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through Performance Contests Company paid car allowance and gas card provided 401K with company match Paid Holiday and PTO programs Job Responsibilities Manage a team of up to 15 staff.
Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position. You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&L goal. You will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new accounts. Job Requirements Past management experience required Past sales experience preferred. A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career Past P&L experience a plus Valid Driver's License and good driving record Willingness to engage in physical labor Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)
