TruPartner Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help run day-to-day branch operations, support and develop staff, and step in for the Branch Manager when needed. What You'll Do Ensure branch operations run in line with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements, in step with other departments Build deep knowledge of credit union products and services, and cross-sell to meet member needs Oversee branch security, respond to alarms, and support opening/closing procedures Make sure the branch balances all transactions at the end of each day Help implement policy and procedure changes at the branch level Handle loan processing and closings, certificates of deposit, IRAs, HSAs, and new accounts Provide direction and supervision to branch staff, and step in as Branch Manager when needed Onboard and train new employees, and cross-train staff across roles Help set staffing levels and build schedules Resolve member requests and questions promptly, or route them appropriately Keep management informed of branch activity and flag ideas for better service Complete required reports accurately and on time What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework a plus 2 to 5 years of related financial institution experience Solid understanding of teller, member service, and loan officer functions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable with computer applications and everyday office equipment Natural leadership qualities and initiative
