Branch Manager
Job Description
- in Killbuck, Berlin, Mt. Hope, Millersburg, Sugarcreek, Fredericksburg, Danville, Kidron, Wooster and Apple Valley
- and proudly serve Holmes, Knox, Wayne and Tuscarawas counties.
- Lead and support branch employees in providing friendly, reliable customer service.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, from opening/closing to cash handling.
- Work with local businesses and community members to build lasting relationships.
- Promote our banking services and help customers find the right financial solutions.
- Ensure the branch follows banking policies and regulations.
- Solve problems with a customer-first approach.
- Serve as Notary Public for Branch Office
- Attend monthly Branch Manager Meeting What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced overall knowledge of deposit accounts, loan accounts, compliance policy, security policy and accounting. Previous banking experience, with some time in a supervisor or leadership role.
