Glass City Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. In this key leadership role, you will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with all credit union policies and regulations. When the Branch Manager is absent, you will assume full responsibility for branch operations, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and helping members achieve their financial goals.
