Elderton State Bank is seeking an experienced, customer-service focused Branch Manager to lead the opening of our new branch located in Brush Valley, PA. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for new and existing customers in a small community bank branch while establishing a team environment for employees. What We Offer Competitive Salary Health Insurance (Family Premium Paid 100%) Dental & Vision Insurance 401k and Profit Sharing Plan Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Key Responsibilities Manage branch operations to meet financial services needs of customers in the community Lead and supervise branch staff, ensuring proper training and customer service excellence Establish and achieve sales and customer service goals aligned with the Bank's annual operating plan Provide direct service to customers for deposit, loan, and other banking products Approve or reject loan applications within individual lending authority Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (CRA, BSA, etc.) Maintain branch security, vault operations, and office management Actively participate in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank Process and ensure accuracy of IRA accounts and regulatory compliance Handle customer inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and assist with specialized services from other bank departments Maintain thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to identify and meet customer needs Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and activities Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of related banking experience High School Diploma or equivalent plus specialized banking education and training Demonstrated management and supervisory skills Thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills Proficient computer skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Apply Now!
