FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES
Manage the day-to-day operations of the location including distribution, customer service/sales, staff scheduling and inventory management ensuring that company's process and procedures are executed efficiently Provide leadership for branch employees creating a positive work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity and provide training and development opportunities Monitor and analyze branch's performance metrics and key performance indicators such as sales revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, foster loyalty and repeat business Ensure customer's complaints/issues are resolved effectively and the branch maintains a positive reputation Assess local market conditions and proactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share Collaborate with Regional Branch Leader to develop and execute strategic plans for the branch's growth and development Partner with outside sales team to develop and execute sales strategy Use of CRM to monitor customer activities in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements Stay updated on product knowledge, new products, industry trends, competitive landscape and market development Identify and address operational challenges Ensure a safe and secure environment for employee and customers and health and safety policies/ regulations are followed Other duties as assigned Education Required High School or better Preferred Bachelors or better
