ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a high-growth mortgage branch scaling production and expanding our agent and LO partnerships. We've already built the foundation — workflows, onboarding systems, client communication — and now we need someone to own it, evolve it, and scale it. This isn't a role where you maintain someone else's system. You'll inherit what we've built, evaluate what works and what doesn't, and have full authority to improve and own it. If you have the lending ops background, a systems mindset, and want real ownership in a team-first environment — this is the role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

The operational playbook — inherit existing workflows and onboarding materials, audit them, improve them, and own them going forward Staff and LO onboarding — design and execute the experience for new hires, producing LOs, and sub-branch teams from day one Systems and accountability — implement and manage CRM and pipeline workflows, monitor staff activity, and hold the team accountable to process Client and partner experience — own follow-ups, milestone updates, and client touchpoints; represent the branch professionally when needed Sub-branch operational integration — build the playbook for how producing LO teams plug into our systems and standards Growth infrastructure — as headcount and production scale, build the operational foundation to support it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years in mortgage ops at a branch or mid-size brokerage — processor, senior LOA, or ops lead minimum Experience in a Real Estate office over lending is also acceptable Demonstrated experience owning or managing workflows and systems — not just executing within them Working knowledge of the loan process — enough to evaluate where operational systems will hold or break ( a plus) Strong written and verbal communication — capable of client-facing correspondence and partner interactions Experience with CRM, LOS, or ops management platforms Someone who is curious before they're critical, and direct when accountability is needed Ability to oversee a team and ensure productivity and efficiency in team workflows

COMPENSATION

Base salary plus a production bonus tied to monthly funded volume. Bonus estimates at current growth trajectory: Bonuses are shared across the ops team based on production. When the branch wins, everyone wins. This role carries a slightly higher pool allocation reflecting its level of ownership and responsibility. Salary Range +
