Job Description

Position Overview:
This role is a development opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career in business, sales, and leadership. It is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and operational fundamentals, with a clearly defined path toward leadership and potential business ownership. You can receive direct coaching and mentorship focused on revenue generation, business growth, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals Present solutions based on customer needs and goals Execute daily activity targets, including calls, appointments, and follow-ups Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results Collaborate closely with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives Participate in ongoing professional development related to sales, operations, and leadership Assume increased responsibility, including strategy and operational planning and mentoring and supporting team members
What You Will Learn:
Ways to consistently generate and close new business Ways to manage, retain, and grow a book of business Ways to analyze and manage key business performance metrics Ways to build, train, and lead a high-performing team Ways to scale a business using proven systems and processes
Qualifications & Attributes:
Strong work ethic with a high level of personal accountability Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Coachable and receptive to feedback Comfortable engaging with new people on a daily basis Prior sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required Strong interest in long-term growth, leadership development, and business ownership
