Must have experience supporting sales, excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain annual objectives and expense budgets for the branch based off of historical data, operational need, and customer demand Work closely with Office Administrator to ensure that all customer orders are placed, scheduling is set, and billing is up to date in the system Manage staff hours and schedules based off of branch needs Build work relationships with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and support in a positive team-oriented branch environment that matches the company's mission and values Ensure the communication of all required reports and goals is provided to all departments Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence through employee engagement Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and branch level events Host operations meetings to monitor operational issues, customer concerns, and compliance and safety regulations Ensure staff are following safe work practices, completing job duties efficiently and that adequate support is provided Adhere to high ethical and professional standards set forth by the company Interact with customers and leaders on a regular basis to ensure client satisfaction and promote improved services
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED required Minimum of 2 years of management experience Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to think independently and critically, analyze and solve problems, and successfully implement solutions Ability to travel up to 15-20% Effective time management and prioritization skills; must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to change course quickly as needed Experience with Microsoft applications
