Assist customers with opening and maintaining checking, savings, CDs, debit cards, and other retail banking products. Serve as a Personal Banker and paying/receiving Teller when needed to support branch operations. Identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell banking products and services that meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor branch operations to maintain accuracy, security, and operational excellence. Partner with branch leadership to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
