A Banking Branch Manager manages operations and business at a bank branch office, or at the local office of a financial institution such as a brokerage or investment firm. Supervises branch staff, monitors customer accounts, loans or investment activities and security at the branch. Maintains communication with other branch managers and central or executive management. May direct local marketing promotions or participate in community events.

Manage daily office operations and procedures Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS) Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone Maintain compliance with policies and procedures Tax preparation (may vary by location) Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
Requirements:
