Job description:
Area Manager Sales Leadership :
Drive revenue growth and margin improvement across assigned territory with full P&L accountability.
Distributor & OEM Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors, OEMs, and system integrators; negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
Team Oversight :
Lead and coach inside/outside sales teams, ensuring performance, training, and succession planning.
Operational Execution :
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational KPIs; conduct site visits and monitor execution.
Market Engagement :
Represent PES at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events; resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven and have a recent electrical product sales experience . Strong OEM/integrator account management background. Demonstrated multi-site leadership with P&L responsibility.
