About the Role As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a Consumer Loan Office while creating a strong experience for both customers and employees. You'll oversee branch performance, support customer growth, and help ensure the office operates efficiently and successfully. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance leadership, customer service, sales, collections, and operations all at once. You'll play an important role in building customer relationships, developing employees, and helping the branch meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and ensure company standards are consistently met Develop customer relationships to drive growth, retention, and branch success Review credit and loan eligibility while processing and preparing loan applications Make responsible underwriting decisions based on company guidelines Manage collections and past-due accounts while maintaining a customer-focused approach Monitor branch cash handling, account management, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Train, coach, and support employees in branch operations and customer service Promote all company products and services, including Tax Preparation services Build relationships within the local community to support branch growth and brand recognition Foster teamwork, accountability, and strong communication within the branch What We Offer Competitive pay with monthly performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and onboarding Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Opportunities for advancement and career growth
What We're Looking For Experience:
Prior experience in lending, retail, sales, financial services, or customer service leadership
Leadership:

Technical:
