General Manager/Branch Operations Leader

A growing industrial and manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations for a regional location. This leadership role will manage multiple departments including sales, service, production, parts, and administration while driving operational performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day branch operations across multiple departments Manage profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and operational goals Support sales growth and pipeline management Oversee inventory, staffing, and operational planning Coach and develop employees while driving accountability Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives Qualifications Experience leading operations, branches, or business units Strong financial and operational management skills Background in industrial, manufacturing, equipment, construction, or related industries preferred Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
